The 30th Annual Secondary Art Show, titled Linger, brought together family members, mentors and community members to celebrate the incredibly creative works of art by students from all eight of our secondary schools. In collaboration with the John M. Parrott Gallery, students and teachers showcased the products of their visual arts programs in a public space. Students continue to outdo themselves each year. Their works express artistic expression and start conversations. Ben Gaebel, a Grade 11 student from North Hastings High School, painted his first painting ever, entitled "Summer's End" and inspired the poster and title of this show, "Linger."
