Legislation to Reform Copyright Act is Good for Schools

CSBA, as well as other national educational organizations, works cooperatively with the Council of Ministers of Education, Canada (CMEC) on matters relating to copyright.

CSBA Congress 2013 

The British Columbia School Trustees Association will be the hosts of this year's Canadian School Boards Association Congress in Vancouver from July 4 to 7.  The theme of this year's Congress is Diversity Matters.

In addition to Congress events, CSBA holds its Annual General Meeting at the Congress as well as associated Board business meetings.

Ontario school boards have been represented at the Federal level through membership in the Canadian School Boards Association (CSBA) since 1923.  Since its inception in 1988 OPSBA has maintained its CSBA membership. The CSBA members are provincial school boards associations.  Today, the CSBA members represent just over 250 school boards serving more than three million elementary and secondary school students.
